Non-Refundable Deposit Policy for Custom Orders
At MurdleVision, every custom TV is handcrafted to your specifications, requiring extensive design work, material sourcing, and skilled craftsmanship. To secure your custom build, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Your full payment covers both the design phase and the production of your custom TV.
- If you choose to cancel your order before production begins, we will refund your payment minus a non-refundable design & materials deposit of 20% of the order total, which covers consultation, design work, and any materials already sourced.
- Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as materials have been committed and work is in progress.
