  • How much do these things weigh compared to a boring, plastic LED TV?
They aren't light, but they're suprisingly underweight compared to what you would probably imagine, given the hardwood cabinets. We don't add any unnecessary bulk to our designs, so it's easy to move most of our products around your space on your own, if needed. For precise weights, visit our product pages for more information.
  • How did you come up with the paint color options?
We have tried dozens (maybe hundreds) of various paint options since we started. Only a few made the cut to deliver consistent, period-specific vibes when paired with one of our wood options. We also listened closely to customer feedback. That said, if you have a particular color palette you're needing to work with, we can make that happen too. Just contact us for custom designs!
  • What kind of materials do you use for your products?
All of our products are made with American hardwoods, MDF, pegboard and more. NEED DETAILS OF STUFF HERE.

  • How much does it cost to ship one of these beauties?
Well, that depends. We occasionally run FREE SHIPPING promos for In Stock and Ready To Ship items to help clear our inventory. For all custom orders, shipping is based on the size of the TV and the Shipping Zone for the order. Shipping Zones are tiered based on their distance from MurdleVision's Global HQ in Atlanta, GA. While it isn't cheap to ship our products, we take great care in making sure they arrive safely to your doorstep.
  • What carriers do you use for shipping?
Depending on the size of the units being shipped, we have multiple options. For our 19-32" models, UPS and FedEx Freight are often great options. For larger units like our 55" or other large, custom builds, they can require special crates for protection, and will often need to be delivered via our network of freight carriers that deliver to your door.

  • What kind of inputs do the stock TVs have and how can I access them?
All of our designs feature easily accessible inputs for connecting sources. The most common is HDMI, which will allow you to connect an array of input devices to share to the screen, from gaming consoles to your laptop or desktop computer. Note that every model is different, so the number and types of inputs will differ. Please see specific product specifications or contact us to create a design with a particular TV you want. If you can think it, we can build it.
  • What is an HDMI port?
Great question. An HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) port on a TV is a connection used to transmit high-quality audio and video signals between devices. It's the standard way to connect things like: Streaming devices (Roku, Apple TV, Fire Stick) Gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) Blu-ray players Soundbars and AV receivers Laptops or PCs HDMI supports high-definition (HD) and ultra-high-definition (4K, 8K) video, along with multi-channel audio, all in a single cable.
  • What the hell is an IR extender?
An IR (Infrared) extender is a device that allows you to control electronic devices - like TVs, cable boxes, or Blu-ray players - that are hidden inside cabinets or located in another room. It works by transmitting infrared signals from your remote control to the device, even if there’s no direct line of sight. Most of our models have an IR extender hidden behind the speaker grill's fabric. NOTE: Some modern TVs and streaming devices use RF (radio frequency) or Bluetooth instead of IR, eliminating the need for extenders.
