About Us
MurdleVision was born from a love of 90s rom-coms, 80s music videos, and the timeless art of woodworking. What started as We Build Stuff has evolved into a brand that blends nostalgia with cutting-edge tech—bringing childhood dreams to life in beautifully crafted, vintage-inspired TVs. Our workshop is where creativity and craftsmanship collide, turning classic design into modern entertainment.
Meet The Team

He brings his woodworking craft and immense creativity to product design and development. He is our master creator and craftsman, our fearless leader.

MATT McVAY
Matt grew up herding cattle and operating big rigs in Oregon before heading off to Hollywood with dreams of becoming the next Samuel L. Jackson. Danielle Louise combines artistic talent with strategic insight to craft the visuals that define MurdleVision’s brand. Her illustrations and designs capture our unique vintage-meets-modern flair, making her a key player in our creative team. A '90s kid through and through, she spent her youth perfecting MS Paint masterpieces and idolizing Casey Jones—because sometimes great design, like great vigilante justice, requires a little creative head-busting.

The Work Shop
Nestled in the wooded suburbs of Atlanta, MurdleVision's heart is the always buzzing and surprisingly well-organized workshop that looks like it could have been shared by Nikola Tesla and Geppetto. It's here that Shafer's vision comes to life in extraordinary vintage-inspired pieces that deliver amazing visual experiences.
Precision meets playfulness in a symphony of spinning saw blades, retro color swatches, and perfectly sanded curves. It’s part woodshop, part time machine—where yesterday’s design meets today’s technology, and every MurdleVision TV is built with hands, heart, and just the right amount of sawdust.

The MurdleMission
At MurdleVision, we create beautiful, handcrafted products that blend natural hardwoods with cutting-edge electronics. Every piece reflects quality, creativity, and care, built by skilled artisans who are paid a livable wage and treated with respect. Sustainability is part of everything we do, from using recycled shipping materials to minimizing waste wherever possible.
We’re committed to building a business that values people as much as profit. By reinvesting in our team, prioritizing ethical practices, and standing by our craftsmanship, we’re proving that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of integrity or the environment.
Our long-term vision? To grow MurdleVision into a brand that leads in both innovation and values and maybe catch the attention of a major TV manufacturer who shares that vision.
